These terms govern your use of The Bulk Toolkit("we", "us", "our") at dev-qa.thebulktoolkit.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy policy.

1. The service

The Bulk Toolkit provides browser-based and server-based tools for bulk image, PDF, audio, and video processing. Free and paid plans have different limits on batch size, quotas, and how long completed job downloads are kept. Plan details are shown on our Pricing page and may change from time to time; we will not reduce limits for an active prepaid period you have already paid for.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. Email verification is required before you can use certain server-side tools or purchase Premium. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must comply with applicable law when uploading or processing content.

3. Premium subscriptions and billing

  • Prepaid access. Premium is sold as a prepaid period (monthly or yearly), not as a recurring Razorpay subscription mandate. When you pay, your account is upgraded for the purchased period. When that period ends, your account returns to the Free plan unless you purchase again.
  • Payment processor. Online payments are processed by Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR). We do not store your full card, UPI, or net-banking credentials; Razorpay handles payment authentication and settlement subject to its own terms and privacy policy.
  • Checkout requirements. You must be signed in with a registered, email-verified account (not a guest session) to complete checkout.
  • Taxes. Prices shown are in INR. Applicable taxes, payment gateway charges, or bank fees may apply as determined by Razorpay, your bank, or applicable law.
  • No automatic renewal. We do not automatically charge your payment method when a period expires. You may renew manually from the Pricing page before or after expiry.

4. Refund and cancellation policy

  • Cancellation window. You may request a full refund within 3 (three) calendar days of your Premium purchase, provided you have not substantially consumed paid quotas (for example, large volumes of AI background removal, PDF, audio, or video processing beyond reasonable trial use). We may decline refunds where the paid period was used extensively.
  • How to request. Email support@thebulktoolkit.com from your registered account email with your Razorpay payment ID, purchase date, and reason for the request. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days.
  • Refund timeline. Approved refunds are initiated to your original payment method via Razorpay. Funds typically appear within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, card networks, or Razorpay after we submit the refund.
  • After the window. Purchases are generally non-refundable after 3 days, except where required by applicable consumer law or where we failed to deliver the service due to a fault on our side.
  • Chargebacks. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or infringe others' rights. We may suspend or terminate access for violations. Server-side tools may impose per-plan quotas and file-size limits.

6. Uploaded content and retention

Files you upload for processing are stored only as long as needed to complete jobs and according to your plan's download retention (for example, 24 hours on Free, 7 days on Premium). We delete expired job outputs automatically. Do not upload sensitive data you cannot afford to transmit to our servers.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service or a paid plan is limited to the amount you paid us for Premium in the 3 months preceding the claim, except where law prohibits such limitation.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the service and cancel any future purchases.
